ELO Calculation

If you are playing the game for first time at my place, then you start at ELO 1200.

You will gain/lose a number of ELO points from every other meeple equal to K x (W - p(D)) where:

W is the result against other meeple: 1 for a victory, 0 for a defeat, 0.5 for a tie.
D is the difference of ELO between you and the other meeple.
p(D) is the probability of victory against the other meeple considering the previous difference.
K, the 'elasticity factor,' has a value that depends on your previous ELO (20 for ELO>1600, 60 for ELO<1200, and 40 for ELO between 1200 & 1600)

p(D) = 1/(1+odds of winning against the other meeple).

Odds of winning = 10^(-1*D/400)

According to Rank obtained in each game play: 100 x (Count of meeples playing - Rank + 1) XP

Each game played: 100 XP

Once per new game played: 1000 XP
